While PRIDE is a celebration, it has always been an act of resistance. This year, as LGBTQ+ rights face relentless attacks from those in power, our theme—“Protesting with PRIDE”—honors the courageous legacy of the Stonewall Riots of 1969, the uprising that ignited the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement.
