Pride Northshore Community Partner Interest Form

This form is for organizations or businesses who wish to participate as community partners at the Pride Northshore Block Party taking place at the Mandeville Trailhead on Saturday, June 7th, 4pm - 9pm. Community partners will need to provide their own table and are welcome to bring whatever materials or display items they wish to have on site. No tents will be used, as all partners will be located under the covered walkway. Partners may set up after 3pm on June 7th and must complete setup by 4:30pm. Filling out this form does not guarantee participation as a community partner. We will contact you using the information you provide to confirm our community partners by Friday, May 16th.
