WHY PRIDE NORTHSHORE EXISTS

PRIDE Northshore is Southeast Louisiana’s all-ages celebration of Pride Month, produced by the St. Tammany-based nonprofit Queer Northshore. Our mission is to increase LGBTQ+ visibility, strengthen community connection, and create spaces where people across the Northshore feel safe, welcomed, and supported.

In 2026, our theme We Rise Together reflects a shared commitment to standing with one another and building a region where dignity, belonging, and opportunity are accessible to all. PRIDE Northshore is both a celebration and a visible expression of community solidarity.

PRIDE PARADE

Our 3rd annual parade brings together LGBTQ+ residents, allies, families, and local organizations in a visible show of unity and community pride.
